1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 89999tt ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on 89999tt, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 89999tt. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of proxy servers or VPN services — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts identified by 89999tt will be closed, and balances associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

89999tt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the relevant wagering requirements have already commenced.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 89999tt are subject to acceptance by the platform. 89999tt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a bet exceeds the maximum stake limit, where a market has been suspended or closed, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity associated with the bet.

6.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that contain a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "obvious mistake"), 89999tt reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account, regardless of the outcome of the event. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89999tt and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players on the platform to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or payment system on 89999tt.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or any other form of deliberate loss-making to transfer funds between accounts.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward 89999tt staff or other players.

89999tt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct connected to the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your 89999tt account at any time by contacting our support team at support@89999tt. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you in full, provided that all wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 89999tt

89999tt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• A request by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Identification of a duplicate account operated by the same individual.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access the 89999tt platform ceases immediately. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms by you, 89999tt reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed in good standing, verified balances will be returned within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89999tt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of data, loss of profits, loss of wagered amounts resulting from a suspended account, or service interruptions. 89999tt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 89999tt operates. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact the 89999tt support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 89999tt endeavours to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
